TO PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS

Valentina Leone Milli

I practice law in the fields of family and juvenile law, Italian citizenship, and immigration.

I assist families and individuals navigating separation, divorce, and adoption, as well as decisions regarding international relocation, offering structured and ongoing legal support aimed at the practical realization of personal and family goals.

Since my legal training, I have focused on personal rights and the protection of fundamental rights, exploring these topics further through studies in bioethics and bio-law.

After earning a law degree with honors from Roma Tre University, I completed a master’s degree in Family and School Mediation and a master’s degree in Immigration Law, and I obtained the qualification of special guardian for minors.

I am a member of the Lecce Bar Association, listed in the registries of guardians for unaccompanied foreign minors and support administrators, as well as in the registry of Italian attorneys at the U.S. Consulate in Rome.

My approach is based on listening carefully to each person’s needs, on clear and transparent communication, and on seeking balanced and sustainable solutions; an approach that is also reflected in the legal counsel I provide for Save the Children Italia, to protect those in particularly vulnerable situations.
